White Glove Delivery

White glove cabinet delivery for kitchen and bath remodels

Best of Houzz Service 2016–2026 | NKBA Innovative Showroom Award, KBIS 2026 | 14 showrooms across 7 states | 4.8★ rating

You should not have to wait at home all day for a truck, or find a damaged door on install day. Your kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities arrive on our trucks with our own team, you get a 3-hour, then a 2-hour, then a 1-hour arrival window by text and email, and the order is checked before handoff. Countertops, tile, sinks and fixtures follow on their own schedule, installed by the same crew. Here is what arrives when, and how long each cabinet line takes.

60 minutes. No obligation. No charge.

Kitchen And Bath Delivery

The day your new room shows up in boxes

Cabinet delivery is where a lot of remodels slip. A truck that never arrives, a pallet left at the curb, boxes nobody opens until the installer finds a cracked side panel. Each of those can cost weeks. USA Cabinet Store is a cabinet store, a design studio and a kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractor under one name, so the company that sells your cabinets, vanities, countertops and tile is the one that delivers them, checks them and installs them. Below: what arrives when, real lead times for every cabinet line we carry, a date estimator, and what happens hour by hour on delivery day.

What We Deliver

Every material for your kitchen or bath, in the right order

Not everything should arrive on the same truck. Cabinets and vanities come first, because countertops are measured on top of them. Here is how each part of the room gets to your home and who puts it in.

01 · Kitchen cabinets

Delivered, checked and staged

Nine cabinet lines, from RTA to German-engineered frameless, arrive on our trucks and are checked before handoff. They wait in your staging area until install day.
When: see the lead-time table below
02 · Bathroom vanities

Same trucks, same check-in

Single and double vanities, linen towers and wall cabinets from Fabuwood, Showplace, UltraCraft, Fleurco and more. Our own crew delivers, inspects and installs them, usually in one day.
When: vanities from our cabinet lines follow the same lead times
03 · Countertops and vanity tops

Templated after the cabinets are in

Granite, quartz, marble and Dekton are measured on site on top of your installed cabinets or vanity, so the fit is exact. You approve the seam plan, the slab is fabricated, and our crew brings it in and installs it.
When: fabrication about 1–2 weeks after templating · install usually 1 day · ready in about 24 hours
04 · Sinks and faucets

Matched before they are ordered

We confirm the bowl size against your cabinet and countertop and the faucet hole count before anything is ordered. The sink cutout is templated with your countertop, and the same team installs all three together.
When: installed with your countertop
05 · Tile

Right quantity, one dye lot

Backsplash, floor and shower tile is ordered with the right waste factor from a single dye lot, so the color matches wall to wall and the job never stalls halfway for more boxes.
When: on site before the tile stage · backsplash about 1–2 days · showers longer, waterproofing first
06 · Hardware and finishing pieces

The last pieces, installed last

Cabinet pulls, mirrors, medicine cabinets and storage accessories are chosen with the rest of the room and go in at the finishing stage, before the final walkthrough.
When: finishing stage

Product details: bathroom vanities, countertops, sinks, faucets and tile. Buying appliances elsewhere? Have them delivered to the same staging area.

How It Works

Delivery day, step by step

You will know when your order is moving. Every alert comes by text and email, and nothing gets signed over until the order has been checked.

01

Your order goes in

We place your cabinet order the day you sign off on the final design, built from the same plan your designer drew with you.

02

We call to set the date

When your cabinets are ready, our ordering department contacts you to arrange the delivery day.

03

The night before: a 3-hour window
You get a text and an email with a 3-hour arrival window, so you can plan the next day.

04

That morning: a 2-hour window
The window narrows to 2 hours on the morning of delivery.

05

One hour out

A final heads-up an hour before the truck arrives. If the driver runs into delays on the route, we update you.

06

Arrival and check-in
Cabinets arrive on our trucks, handled by our team. We check the order and look it over for damage before handoff, then set it in your staging area.

07

Checked again before install
We inspect the cabinets once more before installation starts, and handle any manufacturer defect directly.

Why It Goes Smoother

Delivery is easier when the store, the truck and the crew are one company

When a cabinet dealer ships through a freight company and a separate contractor installs, a damaged door turns into three phone calls and a lot of finger pointing. With us, the people who sold you the cabinets are the people who bring them in and put them on the wall.

A real cabinet store

Stock close to home

RTA cabinets are stocked locally, and popular Fabuwood finishes are stocked at our store, which means faster delivery and fewer back-order delays.

One dedicated designer

The order matches the design

The designer who drew your 3D plan places the order from it and stays your contact through delivery and installation.

Single-source accountability

Defects handled by us

Cabinets are inspected on delivery, not just dropped off. If something is wrong, we deal with the manufacturer directly.

You buy the cabinets, the delivery and the installation from one company, so one team answers for all three.

From our founder

“When the cabinet company and the contractor are two different businesses, the homeowner ends up managing the gap between them. We built USA Cabinet Store to close that gap. One dedicated designer owns your project from the first 3D rendering to the final walkthrough, and the cabinets, the countertops and the construction are all ours. That is what single-source accountability means: one team you can hold responsible for the whole kitchen.”

Cabinet Lead Times

How long each cabinet line takes to arrive

The window from final design sign-off to cabinets at your house, tracked on 100+ of our own kitchen orders in early 2026. Add 1 to 3 weeks to any line if you are still deciding between door styles. Bathroom vanities from these lines follow the same windows.

Every Home Is Different

Floors, split orders and the old cabinets

The right answer depends on your home and your order, so your designer settles these with you when the order is placed. Here is how we handle each one.

Protecting your home

Floors and door frames covered first

Included with white glove delivery
Split deliveries

One delivery, unless two saves you time

No extra charge when we recommend the split
Old cabinets and packaging

Nothing left behind for you to deal with

Haul-away quoted for cabinet-only orders

“We sometimes split orders so that for example the customer can receive their perimeter cabinets first and their designer color island second.” (a cabinet dealer on r/kitchenremodel)

Delivery Worries

What homeowners worry about, and how we handle it

Real delivery stories from homeowners, in the order they usually come up: while you wait, on delivery day and after the boxes are in. Here is how our delivery answers each one.

“They called 5 days after I ordered the cabinets to inform me that what I ordered was not available.”

Stock close to home

RTA cabinets are stocked locally and popular Fabuwood finishes are stocked at our store, which means fewer back-order delays. For every other line, you see the expected window before you order.

“Our delivery was 2 weeks late but perfect when it got here.”

Real lead times, up front

Our lead times come from tracking our own orders, line by line. Demolition is planned so it starts only when your cabinets are on site.

“I'm getting nervous.”

A window you can see

Your designer gives you the expected window for your cabinet line before you order, and our ordering department calls as soon as the cabinets are ready. Try the estimator below.

“They made the appointment to deliver at 10am. I responded immediately and said yes. They never showed.”

Delivery windows you can plan around

A 3-hour window the night before, a 2-hour window that morning and a text an hour out. If the truck is running late, you hear about it.

“Do I have to carry heavy boxes in myself?”

Not with white glove delivery

Our team carries the cabinets into your staging area. Curbside delivery stops at the curb, so if you choose it, line up some help to move the boxes inside.

“The cabinets showed up and 5 boxes were correct. The other 11 were wrong.”

Ordered from your approved design

The designer who drew your kitchen places the order from that same plan, and we check the order at delivery, not weeks later.

“They were sitting in a box unopened until they started installation…”

Inspected on arrival, not on install day

We look the cabinets over when they arrive and again before installation, so a damaged piece gets reordered while there is still time.

“Was that my responsibility?”

Our job, not yours

Checking the order is part of our delivery. You never have to open boxes yourself or figure out who pays for a damaged door.

“All cabinet deliveries can have damages or sometimes missing parts or pieces.”

One team handles the fix

We sold the cabinets, delivered them and install them, so we handle any manufacturer defect directly. There is no freight company or outside supplier to chase.

“They didn't give me enough brackets and screws.”

Assembly is not your problem

Many of our cabinet lines arrive fully assembled. When our crew installs your kitchen, assembly and hardware are the installers’ job, not yours.

“Once you make a purchase the customer service just COMPLETELY drops!”

Your designer stays with you

The designer who drew your plan stays your contact through delivery and installation, and our ordering department calls you when the cabinets are ready.

“Can I just pick them up myself?”

Yes, at no charge
Showroom pickup is free. Locally stocked RTA cabinets can even be picked up the same day.

Ten quotes are word for word from 2026 posts on r/HomeImprovement and r/kitchenremodel (one, about damages and missing pieces, is from a cabinet dealer). The two questions about carrying boxes and picking up are the ones our designers hear most.
