Where are you located?
We have been servicing at 16 different locations in 7 States. They are Fairfax, Chantilly, Chesapeake, Ashburn, Gainesville, Newport News and Tyson’s Corner in Virginia, Columbia, and Annapolis in Maryland, Cary in North Carolina, Houston and The Woodlands in Texas, Alpharetta and Atlanta in Georgia, Cherry Hill in New Jersey, St Louis in Missouri.
Do you have branch operations?
Our working hours 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Do you install or build?
Yes, we install the cabinets. We are providing the cabinets and other materials, as well as we do a complete remodeling.
What is your design fee?
We provide 3D design and consultation without charge, in one of our showrooms.
If I supply the plans, can you give me a quote?
Yes, we can but we strongly suggest to meet first in our showroom or at your house to discuss the details that you are looking for in your new design and then we can design it accordingly and give you a quote.
What is your ordering process?
After the working and deciding design with our designer, we will process your cabinet. Receiving the cabinets, takes 10 business days or 4-8 weeks, it depends on cabinet lines.
Do you deliver, and if so, is there a fee?
We have different delivery options. First you may pick-up from our showrooms which is without charge. Second one, curb side deliver; the last one is inside delivery with the charge. When your cabinets are ready our ordering department will contact you to arrange the delivery time.
Do you sell customized cabinets, standard cabinets, or both?
We are selling, particle board, furniture board, plywood, and solid wood cabinets.
Do you sell custom or standard size cabinets?
Yes, we do sell, semi-custom, custom and standard size cabinets
What kind of cabinets types are you selling?
We are providing, inset, framed-overlay and frameless-full access cabinets.
What are your warranties?
Our cabinets lines have 5 years to lifetime warranty options.
Do your cabinets have soft close systems, and dovetail boxes?
All our cabinets have Blum soft close system, dovetail box as well as walnut finish drawer options.
Do you sell unfinished cabinets?
Yes, we are selling painted, stained as well as unfinished cabinets.
How can I decide cabinet style?
First you should decide door style from our selections. Second step choosing a species like maple, cherry, oak. Last step is choosing finish color.
Do you sell customized colours?
Yes, we have custom color cabinet option. Just you need to provide color code. Firstly, we are ordering custom color door sample. After the receiving and confirming custom color door, then we are starting the ordering process.
Do you sell only kitchen and bathroom cabinets, or others, too?
We are providing, closet, garage, bedroom, entertainment and office cabinets too.
What is your remodelling system?
First step, our project manager and designer come to see your kitchen or bathroom. Second step, they take a measurement and make list for scoop of work. Third step, preparing project presentation. After the agreement between you and our company, fourth step is decided time line and start remodeling project.
